What is Rendara?
Rendara puts automated commercial robots to work in your building, handling floor care, delivery, and guest engagement on a simple monthly subscription. We're a service, not an equipment seller: we install, monitor, maintain, and support everything.
How does the subscription work?
One monthly rate per robot or solution package, 36-month term. No equipment purchase, no capital outlay. Installation, mapping, staff training, 24/7 remote monitoring, maintenance, repairs, and software updates are all included.
What does it cost?
It depends on the robot and your building. Most single-robot subscriptions cost a fraction of one overnight employee. Book fifteen minutes, and we'll give you an exact number for your building.
How fast can we start?
Fast. Our Priority Approval is often instant or under 2 hours, and most installations are completed in a single visit. We map your building, set the schedule, and train your team the same day.
What if the robot breaks?
We fix it. That's the point of a subscription. Every robot is monitored remotely around the clock, and repairs are on us. You never own a broken robot because you never own the robot. Note: replaceable parts (filters, mop rollers) are replaced by the customer based on use.
Will it work in our building?
If you have interior floors, very likely. Our robots handle carpet and hard floors, navigate around people and furniture safely, and run quietly (about 55 dB or a normal conversation). We confirm fit with a site walk-through.
Do our staff need special training?
A short session, included with installation. Day-to-day interaction is simple. Most tasks are one or two taps, and we're a phone call away.
